AI Automation Engineer

You're the person who turns AI capabilities into real, running systems. Not research. Production. You work at the intersection of AIBOVE and Marketingconcurrent, building solutions that make marketing and sales teams measurably more efficient.

Day to day, that means:

• Building AI agents that handle repetitive tasks autonomously: lead qualification, campaign monitoring, report generation, data enrichment.
• Designing intelligent workflows for marketing and sales organizations using tools like n8n, custom Python pipelines, and the latest AI frameworks.
• Wiring API integrations between systems (ad platforms, CRMs, data warehouses, internal tools) so data flows where it needs to go without manual work.
• Prototyping fast and shipping things that create immediate value. You validate ideas quickly and iterate based on what works, not what looks good on a roadmap.

You work with Python, n8n, AI agent frameworks, and whatever new tool makes sense this week. The AI landscape moves fast. So do we.

We don't hire for checkboxes. But here's what the right person typically looks like:

• Curious and hands-on. You'd rather build a prototype in an afternoon than sit through a three-hour planning meeting.
• Technical foundation. You know your way around Python, APIs, and at least some AI tooling. If you've worked with n8n, LangChain, or similar, great. If not, you learn fast.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. The AI field moves weekly. You adapt, experiment, and don't need a perfectly scoped ticket to start building.
• Builder mindset. You care about shipping things that work, not about perfect architecture on paper.
